Who runs this site?
Ferrand Industries LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. For anything about your information, write to privacy@ferrandwedding.com.
What do you collect if I just browse?
Nothing you have to give us. The web server keeps an ordinary access log of page requests, times and IP addresses, which is how a server functions. There is no Google Analytics on this site, no advertising pixel, and no session recording. We checked before writing this sentence.
What if I place an order?
Then we need the things an order actually requires: your name, your email address, your shipping and billing address, and what you chose. That order record stays in this website’s own database.
Who handles my card?
WooPayments, which is operated by Automattic and processes card payments through Stripe. Your card number goes to them, not to us. We never see it and we never store it. What comes back to us is confirmation that a payment succeeded, the last four digits, and the card brand.
Who else sees my details?
- Namecheap, which runs the server this website lives on.
- WooPayments and Stripe, for the payment itself, as above.
- Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and there is no mailing list on this site to add you to.
Cookies?
Only the working kind: one that remembers what is in your cart, and one that keeps you signed in if you have an account. No tracking cookies, so there is no consent banner to click past.
Is AI involved?
Some of the text on this site was drafted with AI assistance and reviewed by a person before publishing. That is the whole of it. Nothing you send us is passed to an AI service, and no automated system decides anything about you or your order.
How long do you keep it?
Order records for seven years, because tax rules expect that. Account details until you ask us to close the account. Server logs for a rolling few weeks.
Can I get it back or get rid of it?
Yes. Email privacy@ferrandwedding.com and ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion. We answer within thirty days. Note that we may have to keep a completed order record for the tax period above even after you close an account, and if so we will tell you exactly what is being kept and why.
Children?
This site is not directed at anyone under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
What if this changes?
The date at the top changes with it. If a new company starts receiving your information, that gets said here in plain words, not buried.
